Dinesen Showroom Copenhagen

Tomorrow PR has been working with Dinesen to launch their new flagship showroom in Copenhagen. Today, Dinesen is a 5th-generation, family-owned Danish company known for its naturally beautiful, custom-made wooden planks.

Tomorrow  organised a press trip to Copenhagen for 15 leading design journalists from six different countries, including the UK, France, and Sweden to preview the new showroom space before its official opening.

During the trip, one-to-one interviews were arranged with Thomas and Hans Peter Dinesen, along with the showroom designer Thomas Lykke from OEO Studio.

As Dinesen shares a passion for design with other like-minded Danish brands, the itinerary includes visits to furniture company GUBI, The Apartment, a curated gallery/retail shop set in a private home, and a behind-the-scenes factory tour of wood manufacturer Brdr. Kruger.

The trip culminated in an intimate private dinner around the dramatic 15-metre-long Douglas Fir table in the Dinesen showroom, with menu design by Danish chefs I’m A KOMBO. The press trip was attended by journalists from various publications, including Architectural Digest Germany, Wallpaper*, The Financial Times, Interior Design, Dwell, and Plaza. Germany, Italy, and the US.
