Tomorrow PR was in Milan to support our client HOSOO, the Kyoto-based textile company, which exhibited at Salone del Mobile 2022 for the first time. The stand, designed by Copenhagen-based OEO Studio, showcased a selection of HOSOO’s innovative fabrics and latest collections. HOSOO’s presence at Salone del Mobile has allowed the brand to introduce itself to a global audience further at one of the world’s biggest design fairs.

Tomorrow PR worked on a Salone del Mobile strategy, drafting all press materials and preparing a digital press pack. TPR sent out a Milan announcement release to press globally, and this was followed up with an invitation to visit the HOSOO stand at the fair. TPR also commissioned and provided a brief for the photographer to shoot the stand for press materials.

TPR also secured an interview with Masataka Hosoo and the New York Times, resulting in a half-page HOSOO feature in the Milan Design Week Special, published on 8th June.

With more than 262,000 people attending the 60th edition of the Salone, it certainly felt like business as usual in Milan after years impacted by the pandemic.
