Tomorrow PR has just completed work with Artek and the ICA for their collaboration with Swiss artist Fischli/Weiss. Fischli/Weiss’s 21 Questions is the second in an ongoing series of artist customisations of the iconic Stool 60, designed in 1933 by Artek co-founder Alvar Aalto. The edition of 252 follows Barbara Kruger’s 2019 Untitled (Kiss), which sold out its edition within weeks of its launch.

21 Questions pairs the timeless stool with a bespoke t-shirt, whose labels feature 21 selected excerpts from Fischli/Weiss’s Questions, which was awarded the Golden Lion at the 50th Venice Biennale in 2003. A diverse and playful object, 21 Questions is a fashion item, a piece of modernist functional design and, when combined, a piece of sculpture.

Tomorrow PR worked with Artek and the ICA on the PR strategy for the project and secured a print exclusive with the FT House & Home timed for the launch. A further piece was also secured on wallpaper.com and Monocle Minute on Design.
